TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL
Rasiklal M. Dhariwal Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Chinchwad, Pune plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates and passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industry. The Cell invites companies individually by organizing on-campus job interviews. It also organizes interviews for participation of students online and in off campus placement activities. The Placement cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Online tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies. Our institute provides complete placement support to students in all in its areas of professional education.

- Objective :-
- To organize campus interviews for final year students with industries, Pharma, cosmetic, QA &QC, Pharma IT & others.
- To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training, Personal interviews Group discussions through professional trainers.
- To organize certificate programs for overall envelopment of students.
- To motivate students to develop Technical knowledge and soft skills in terms of career planning, goal setting.
- To facilitate & guide to students for industry internship training.
Roles and responsibilities :-
- A proactive and vibrant Training and Placement Cell (TPC) takes care of the needs of the students in specific areas.
- In the beginning of the session, the TPC interacts with students formally and informally to make a Total Needs Assessment(TNA) study.
- To explore the students for on campus & off campus placement activity. The job opportunities available in the market in various sectors to be displayed on the identified notice boards for the benefit of students.
- To coordinate with the companies for providing in-plant training to students.
- To contact and communicate with companies to provide placement to students.
