The Students' Development Department of RMDIPER truly represents the vision that is multidimensional as well as multifaceted growth of students. This vision sees the youth as a source of strength where their energy is harnessed to nation building and socially relevant activities to build an egalitarian society.
The Student Development Cell of RMDIPER is functioning towards contributing to the intellectual, holistic and Spiritual development of the students under Seva Paramo Dharma Program. Members are actively involved in conducting various workshops, seminars, events, peer to peer learning opportunities to students in both technical and non-technical areas. Under SPPU sponsored events institute primly has undertaken activities like Earn and Learn Program, Nirbhay Kanya Abhiyan, Special Guidance Scheme, Women Personality Development etc. Student Development Cell tries to nurture student’s mental, physical, cultural growth with various activities to improve their overall personality development and to make them civilized Indian citizens to compete in the globalized world.
