Alumni Association of RMDIPER (AARMDIPER)

•  Introduction :- 

  Alumni are the stakeholders and well-wishers of the college. They helps to promote,support, encourage and assist in the developmentand advancement of education and allied activities of RMDIPER and its allied groups.With the aim of buildinga strong bridge between students and alumni, Alumni Association of RMDIPER is established in academic year applied for the registration process in year 2022-23 with the registration no. MAHA/1255/2022 PUNE.

• Objectives :- 
  • To promote and foster mutually beneficial interaction between the Alumni and the present students of RMDIPER.
  • To encourage the Alumni to take an active and abiding interest in the work and progress of the collage so as to contribute towards enhancement of the social utility of their Alma Mater.
  • To guide the students in-personality development, communication skills, co- curriculum activities, career planning, entrepreneurship, sponsorships, scholarships etc.
  • To enhance the industrial training, placement and other facilities to the present students with the help of past students at various levels.
  • To organize lectures, seminars, refresher courses, workshops, conferences, get-togethers and co-curricular professional training programs.
  • To organize activities of a civic or charitable nature to increases public awareness towards the technological economic and social development of the nation.
  • To arrange Annual function for sharing deep emotions & placing innovative ideas before the management for overall improvement.
  • To create Alumni web portal & maintain the database of respective pass-out batches.
  • To recognize the noteworthy achievement of our past students etc.

• Managing Committee :- 

In this academic year of 2021-22, first Alumni meet was conducted on 26^th March 2022. Alumni had given satisfactory response to this meet.

About 80 alumni were present in meet. For this meet, Mr. Shridhar Joshi, Proprietor of J B Chemicals, Pune and his wife Mrs. Shama Joshi were

present as Chief Guest. Chief guest Mr. Shridhar Joshi discussed his journey from student to proprietor. He also explained importance of

knowledge, concept clearance in student’s life. He guided alumni for their contribution as a role model in the development of college and also in

junior’s life. He discussed some social and personal values required for bright future in this competitive world. On this occasion, GPAT qualifiers

were appreciated with the certificate and memento for their special achievements.
